BANANA-BLUEBERRY MUFFINS  
Ingredients:  
3 cups all purpose flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp kosher salt
½ pound soft Butter
1 cup brown sugar
7 eggs
1 Tbsp vanilla
6 bananas
3 pints blueberries
Instructions:  
In a large bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and stir until blended.
In an electric mixer bowl, cream together butter and sugar, then add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla.
Stir egg mixture into bowl with flour and moisten thoroughly. Make sure flour ingredients are well blended into mixture…no white specks. Add fruit ingredients and mix lightly. Bake at 400 degrees until clean with a toothpick about 20 minutes. Recipe will Yield 2 dozen
