Scoop out the inside of the apples and place on a baking sheet. Mix together walnuts, raisins, butter,
sugar, flour & cinnamon. Fill each apple with walnut mixture. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes or
until apples are soft. Top with Brandy Cream.
Brandy Cream: 1 cup whipping cream**3 Tbsp brown sugar**2 Tbsp Brandy**
Mix ingredients together with an electric mixer or whisk, until fluffy. Yield: Serves 6
